Be sure to look around before turning
your watercraft
When pulling a skier or tube, it is
the law that you must have a third person as an observer
When pulling a skier or person on a
tube, do not get too close to the shore AND ALWAYS be
sure to look before turning.
When "hanging out" in the
channel, watch for signs of Carbon Monoxide poisoning,
dizziness, nausea, vomiting, or altered mental status (that
isn't realated to alcohol consumption) CO poisoning can also
happen to persons that have been riding in the rear of the
boat.
Coming into the Bridgewater Channel is
a "no wake" zone, be sure to observe this, as it is
heavily patrolled, especially on holiday weekends.
